Everyone decorated a bucket for all of their Valentine's. The kids used all of their creativity and made some very nice designs (as you can see)!
After everyone passed out their cards and treats, all of the kids played a game where they walked around on hearts on the floor with music playing. When the music stopped, if they were on a heart that was drawn from a bag, you got a cake! YUMMY!! Thank you to all of the parents that helped! It was a fun day!
What a wonderful field trip ice skating. I had a blast. I only fell once!!! Of course the kids held my hand the whole time. What troupers!! We all want to give a “great big thank you” to the McShurleys and the Drydens for lunch. They took such good care of us. Your child may be a bit sore tomorrow since they “kissed” the ice a few times. The reservationists said that the kids would never last 3 hours. I am here to say that they skated the entire time!!! We are not wimps!!!! Just thought I’d update the field trip. Thanks! 
It was fun eating lunch at the Planetarium as well! 
Everyone really loved the movie! It was a super day! This class really gets to do some fun activities!!!
